Dr.Thornquist is an in-network provider for most major carriers ( see partial list below). Care at our office can be billed directly to your insurance company. We handle all the paperwork and claim submissions.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask you kindly to provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
