Exercise Instruction

Dr. Thornquist teaches his patients specific exercises designed to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. Specific exercises and stretches can improve flexibility and build the strength needed to support and keep your spine in its proper position. Keeping your back flexible enough to execute your daily activities without stressing your back muscles makes it easier to maintain a healthy active lifestyle. These exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home.
